EXTRAORDINARY EDUCATION BASE TUITION SCHEDULE 2024-2025 CLASSES

 

Tuition and class fees at Extraordinary Education are based on the number of contact hours per week.   

Tuition amounts are based on full-year enrollment.  EE does not enroll on a month-to-month basis. 

 

All classes will be charged at the same rate. Tuition fees are based on weekly class hours of instruction.
Most core classes meet two days per week, similar to a college schedule. Most elective/enrichment classes meet one day per week.

 

Cost for DUAL CREDIT, MUSIC LESSONS, LIBRARY, EXCEED, LUNCH/RECESS/CHAPEL and certain other classes,
including some ELECTIVES and ENRICHMENT CLASSES vary by class. Pricing for these classes is noted on the class detail page.

 

An annual REGISTRATION FEE is due for every student upon their initial enrollment in any class, club or team for the academic year.
The annual student registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Separate SUPPLY FEES and/or BOOK FEES apply to all classes.  These vary by subject/class.
Please refer to the class description prior to registering to determine the tuition-plus-fees cost associated with each class.

 

Unless otherwise specified, Competitions / Teams require PARENT PARTICIPATION in addition to stated fees.

 

ONE-TENTH OF THE ANNUAL TUITION is due upon registration as a DEPOSIT in order to hold your child's spot in the class.

This registration deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, except in the case of a class cancellation by EE. 
This pre-paid tuition deposit will be applied to the tuition due in May.

 

Annual tuition may be broken into 10 EQUAL MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS.  These are not based on the number of classes in a given month.  

Rather, the annual tuition is broken into ten equal amounts, due on the 10th of each month, August through April.

A PRE-PAY DISCOUNT on tuition is available for families who pay in full for the entire year

by cash, check or money order prior to the first day of class.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS and MULTI-CLASS DISCOUNTS are available.  Please see specific information under the class fee schedule.
 

FALL SUPPLY FEES ARE DUE JULY 1ST.
Supply Fees are non-refundable after August 1st regardless of whether the class has met or not.

AUGUST TUITION IS DUE AUGUST 10TH. 
Drops after August 10th will be charged for August tuition regardless of whether the class has met or not.

JANUARY TUITION IS DUE JANUARY 10TH.
Drops at any time in January will be charged for January tuition regardless of whether the class has met or not.

* All students on campus during these periods MUST be enrolled.  Students are not permitted to wait in the Library or outside.

A 5% MULTI-CLASS DISCOUNT on TUITION ONLY is available to students who are enrolled in 3 or more classes.

• MULTI-CLASS discount is calculated on a per student basis and cannot be combined with the FAMILY DISCOUNT.

• MULTI-CLASS discount does not apply to REGISTRATION FEES, CLASS DEPOSITS or SUPPLY FEES.

• MULTI-CLASS discount does not apply to DUAL CREDIT, MUSIC LESSONS, LUNCH, LIBRARY, EXCEED, and certain SPECIAL  ARRANGEMENT class. (Discount status will be noted in the Class Description.)

A 3% FAMILY DISCOUNT is available when a family has 2 or more students enrolled in 4 or more classes.

• FAMILY discount cannot be combined with MULTI-CLASS Discount.

• FAMILY discount does not apply to REGISTRATION FEES, CLASS DEPOSITS or SUPPLY FEES.

• FAMILY discount does not apply to DUAL CREDIT, MUSIC LESSONS, LUNCH, LIBRARY, EXCEED, and certain SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT class. (Discount status will be noted in the Class Description.)

A 3% PRE-PAY DISCOUNT on TUITION ONLY is available to families who prepay for the entire year by check, money order or cash. 

Pre-pay discount is NOT available for credit card or debit card payments.

• PRE-PAY discount does not apply to REGISTRATION FEES, CLASS DEPOSITS or SUPPLY FEES.

• PRE-PAY discount does not apply to DUAL CREDIT, MUSIC LESSONS, LUNCH, LIBRARY, EXCEED, and certain SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT class. (Discount status will be noted in the Class Description)

• PRE-PAY discount CAN be combined with either the Multi-class discount or Family discount.

PLEASE NOTE: The Pre-pay discount is a ONE TIME discount and only available at the time of initial registration.
Fees must be paid in full prior to the first day of attendance for the current academic year in order to receive the discount.

Tuition that becomes due later in the year after the child's initial registration is not eligible for a pre-pay discount.

 

Class tuition does not include additional fees. Each class has a separate SUPPLY FEE/BOOK FEE.
